I have held off on this particular piece. it was found in Coke County, Texas near Meadow Mountain. The reference material above is the Las Limas, Vera Cruz greenstone figure

From the beginning of this find my research has pointed to Olmec influence...does this make it Olmec (?). Second point is that of the blue eye. A collection of blue eyes has grown from the very first day after moving back to West Texas. Each of you may draw your own conclusion............Right eye open (blue); Left eye closed (moon); Cleft head; (Lipless mouth); Upswept pointed headgear of priest/god.................few finds can compare to this one (research).
